The answer typically would be a 2/6 or 1/3 but if we have to go off these results then:

The dice was rolled 40 times and it was rolled 2 & 4 a total of 14 times.

In this case we have to divide 14 by 40 to get a decimal in wich we can convert to a percentage which is .35 which converts to 35%.

Close to the expected 33% but based off these results 35% would be the correct answer if we were breaking it down.

For you 14/40= 7/20 if you are looking just for a fraction in simplest form.
