Similarities - they both show a photograph of cities with many building most likely in the morning.
Differences - the first picture seems more open with woods on the outskirts while the other one is more populated and close together.

differences:

the first image shows a lot of nature with a beutiful scenary. Whereas the second image has no sign of nature and is filled with buildings which almost seems to have polluted the air because of its dull atmosphere.

the second image has taller builidings than the first image
