this means you need an equation that equals 7 • 5 = 35 which means if you switch the numbers you could say 5 • 7

First, n*7 can be written as 7n.
Then, 7*5 is equivalent to 35.
So we have
7n=35
In order to find the value of n, we need to divide both sides by 7:
n=5
