C. (7,2)

Explanation:

For this, obviously on 1 is right. So, you either add 6 to the x value or y value. BUT, when you do, the other number has to stay the same for it to be a real line. So, right off the bat, we know A and B are not the answers because if 6 was added to either numbers, 6 wouldn't even be an option. D is also incorrect because if the x value is 7, (1 + 6), then, y couldn't be 9.
