The ideal temperature inside a refrigerator is 37*5F plus or minus 3.5*F. Set up and solve an absolute value equation to find the high and low limits of the range of temperatures. Show your work.

-3.5 \leq T-37.5 \leq 3.5

And adding 37.5 on both sides is given by:
