Answer: √10 / 3

Explanation:

This is how I figured it out:

θ is in Quadrant II and sin is positive in Quadrant II.

Cotθ = -1/3

Cosθ / Sinθ = -1/3

Sinθ = 3 / √10

Therefore cscθ = 1 / sinθ = √10 / 3
