I think they find it difficult because they are afraid people will see them different or not accept them. I think a tip to do it would be to do it when whoever your telling is in generally a good mood but it all depends on the personality of the person if it was like a person that laugh things off tell them in a funny way and if it’s a serious way sit they person down and slowly start putting in that you are LGBTQ.
