Answer:X=5

Explanation:

Given that , a=4cm,b=3cm and we have to find x

we have to name the triangle abc.

here,we use the pythogoras theorem,

h^2=a^2+b^2

AB^2=BC^2+AC^2

we will put ab as x

X^2=a^2+b^2

x^2=4^2+3^2

x^2=16+9

x^2=25

x=^25

x=5

Answer:5

Step-by-step explanation: Use the pythagorean theorem which is

a^2 + b^2 = c^2 (c is x in this question)

so 4^2 + 3^2 =x^2

so 16+9=x^2

so 25=x^2

so x=sqrt 25 or 5
