How many moles of aluminum oxide are formed from 10.3 moles of Aluminum?

Equation of reaction

2Al + 3O_ Al2O3

2 moles of Al _ 1 mole of Al2O3

10.3 moles of Al _ x mole of Al2O3

x =(10.3 × 1)/ 2 =5.15 mole

Therefore, 10.3 moles of Aluminum gives 5.15 moles of Aluminum oxide.
