Explanation:

Drug in 400 mg solution = 50 ml

Drug in 1 mg solution =
(50)/(400) ml = (1)/(8) ml ------ (1)

Drug infuse in 1 minute = 50 mg

Drug infuse in 2 minute = 50 × 2 = 100 mg

Now we have to convert this 100 mg into ml.

From equation (1)

Drug in 1 mg solution =
(1)/(8) ml

So Drug in 100 mg solution =
(1)/(8) × 100

So Drug in 100 mg solution = 12.5 ml

Therefore 12.5 ml will infuse in 2 minutes.
