False imprisonment- the restraining of an individual without justification.
Abuse- can be physical, verbal, psycological (mental) or sexual. abuse is any care that results in harm, pain, or mental anguish.
1. Patients are most likely to experience abuse in nursing homes.
2. The patients most likely to experience abuse are considered "elderly."
3. An elder who doesn't want to comply with orders. A healthcare professional wanting to participate in false imprisonment would restrain them.
