The equation of the slope of the line is Y2-Y1 divided by X2-X1 taking the two points (-4,-3) and (5,0) and plugging them in to their scoring X and Y spots you will get -3/9 or simplified -1/3

slope is rise over run so it’s 1 unit up and 3 over so it’s 1/3
