Answer: -3, -2/1 and negative

Explanation:

y=mx+b

m is the slope and b is the y intercept

both of these are given

m=-2

b=-3

If you mark point (0,-3), your given y intercept, and use the given slope, -2, you can easily find your line, which declines going right.
