Answer:

Northside Shipping: $ 24.75

Rush Delivery: $ 31.75

Explanation:

Total ounces of the package = 2 x 16 + 11 = 43 as 1 pound=16 ounces. But according to the old scale the weight will be 2 ounces less making it = 43 - 2 = 41 ounces.

Northside Shipping :

$0.75 first ounce

$0.60 each additional ounce

Hence cost = 0.75 + 0.6 x 40 = $ 24.75

Rush Delivery :

$1.45 first ounce

$0.75 each additional ounce

Hence cost = 1.45 + 0.75 x 40 = $ 31.75
