Answer: Brookfield

Explanation:

To find each ratio divide the hamsters over the gerbils

Brookfield: 28 hamsters, 10 gerbils

The ratio of hamsters to gerbils is:

28/10

14/5

2.8

Belmont: 27 hamsters, 13 gerbils

Ratio:

27/13

2.07692308

So, Brookfield has a higher ratio because 2.8 is greater than 2.07...

Hope this helped!

Answer: B) Brookfield

For each location, divide the number of hamsters over the number of gerbils.

Brookfield would have a ratio of 28/10 = 2.8

Belmont would have the ratio of 27/13 = 2.077 approximately

We see that Brookfield has the higher ratio.
