Given:

Center (3.2, -2.1)

Radius = 4.3

To find:

The equation of the circle.

Solution:

The standard form of an equation of a circle:

(x-h)^(2)+(y-k)^(2)=r^(2)

where r is the radius and (h, k) is the center.

Here (h, k) = (3.2, -2.1) and r = 4.3

Substitute this in the standard form.

(x-3.2)^(2)+(y-(-2.1))^(2)=(4.3)^(2)

(x-3.2)^(2)+(y+2.1)^(2)=(4.3)^(2)

The equation of the circle is
(x-3.2)^(2)+(y+2.1)^(2)=(4.3)^(2).
