My mother who recently became legal guardian of me through dcf (dcf is gone now) she has been holding my belongings.

She has been holding my computers, Tv screens and monitors. She did NOT buy any of it and claims if it’s in her house it’s hers and she can do what she wants with it. I’m debating taking this further with police involved because I only want my grandmother to hold them and I don’t want them in the house no more. What are my legal options. I can provide more details if needed.
