This is as a result of workers feeling that goods being manufactured are from Thier creative initiatives but they are not respected because the goods do not belong to them.

This stems from the attitude or exploitatiion of thier employers with respect the the conditions attached to how products are made and working conditions on how they are made and also how the employers make them tfeel like they are objects to achieving Thier goal.
