Answer:

Explanation:

Area of figure I = length * width

= 8 *16

= 128 cm²

Area of figure II = length * width

= 4 * 3

= 12 cm²

Trianlge:

base = b = 7 cm

height = 4 + 4 + 6 = 14 cm

\text{area of triangle =$(1)/(2)*b*h$}

= (1)/(2) * 7 * 14

= 7 * 7

= 49 cm²

Area of the figure = area of figure I + area of figure II + area of figure II

= 128 + 12 + 49

= 189 cm²
\text{area of figure III = (1)/(2)*b*h}

Answer:

189 cm²

area of triangle:

1/2 * base * height

1/2 * 7 * (6+4+4)

49 cm²

area of rectangle:

Length * Width

8 * 10

80 cm²

area of rectangle 2:

Length * Width

6 * 8

48 cm²

area of small rectangle:

Length * Width

4 * 3

12 cm²

total area:

49 + 48 + 12 + 80

189 cm²
