People Laura should expect not to show would be = 219

Explanation:

Given that,

The expected number of attendees = x = 230

Probability of total number of quests = p = 5% = 0.05

So, the probability of people not coming to her wedding would be = q

and

q = 1 - p = 1 - 0.05 = .95

So, people should she expect not to show would be = 0.95 * x

=> 0.95 * 230

=> 218.5 ≈ 219

Therefore, people should she expect not to show would be = 219
