Mark forgot his anniversary with his girlfriend, and her feelings were hurt. The next day, he bought her flowers, and she was thankful, but she instantly started sneezing. It turned out Mark had forgotten she was allergic to those flowers. Tomorrow is his girlfriend's birthday, and Mark wants to take her on a date, but he thinks she would probably have more fun with her friends. He is considering not going out with her at all because he feels so down about himself. What has most likely happened to mark?

He is not in an abusive relation ship from what you told me but he dosent need confidence he needs to be straight with him self and take that girls out if she dosent like him or ends up not having fun then instead of wasting his life with her go out and do something he likes and dump her or take some time off or away from her and come back when hes confiedent.
