For a triangle with dimensions 8, 10 and 13 to be right angled, it must be solved by the formula;

13^2 = 10^2 + 8^2

169 = 100 + 64

169 ≠ 164.

So it’s definitely not a right angled triangle. The triangle with side lengths 8, 10 and 13 is a scalene triangle.
