This is a solution because; increase in fertilizer use increase nutrient pollution in aquatic bodies causing nutrient pollution by (NPK fertilisers) from farms run off which increases the build up of algae in water,(Eutrophication) .After algae death they are decomposed by decomposing bacteria .These bacteria uses the aquatic oxygen for the breakdown.This leads to death of the aquatic organisms since the water is depleted of oxygen further adding organic mater to the water, which are further decomposed,thus further reducing the oxygen levels.
