Surface area of the square pyramid is 140.8 sq unit.

Explanation:

Given,

Length (b) of each side of the square base = 6.4 unit

Height (h) of the pyramid = 7.8 unit

To find the surface area of the square pyramid.

Formula

Surface area of the square pyramid = 2bh+
b^(2) sq unit

Hence,

Surface area of the square pyramid = 2×6.4×7.8+
6.4^(2) sq unit

= 99.84 + 40.96 sq unit = 140.8 sq unit.
