Answer:

C. 73.8%

Explanation:

Hello!

The store becomes information about customer satisfaction through an online survey. Then the variable of interest is X: customer satisfaction, categorized in "Very satisfied" (V), "Satisfied"(S), "Less than fully satisfied"(L) and "Not satisfied"(N)

You have to calculate the proportion of people that is "At least" satisfied with the items, this means that the customers are "satisfied or more"The categories that enter in this event are "Satisfied" and "Very Satisfied"

To calculate the probability of the customer is at least satisfied you have to add the observations under these two categories and divide it by the sample size:

P(X≥S)=
(15+30)/(61)= 0.73.77

The percentaje of customers that are at least satisfied with their purchase is 73.77% ≅ 73.8%

I hope it helps!
