Explanation
It is a law enacted by California voters to support stem cell research in the state. The Act makes conducting stem cell research a state constitutional right. I think Raina voted in favor to fund the Proposition 71. Raina had studied about the benefits of the embryonic germ cells which is considered to be pluripotent which means that it has the stimulus to cure many health conditions in the earliest stage of diagnosis.
