Oxygen is taken out of the blood, causing my heart to work better even in strenuous situations. Blood travels better in my body because exercise creates more paths for blood to travel.
Exercise would cause better blood flow in the small blood vessels around my heart. This would help prevent heart attacks as clogs in the arteries could be responsible for this. Exercise flushes out cholesterol from the body thereby increasing my fitness.
