In unitary state system of government there is one central government that makes all the decision with little to no involvement of smaller governments.

Step-by-step explanation:

Unitary state is a system in which all rules and policies are made by one central government. The central government has all the powers to rule.

No other system is so highly centralized as unitary system. In this there is o lower-level government. But if in case there is existence of lover-level government, then their role is just limited to implementing the policies made by central government.

In unitary state government, whole nation is governed by same law. There is no distinction on the basis of region or location. It is this fact which makes it easy for business to run in various parts of nation as they all are governed by same law. This creates no dispute in law.
