muslims have to fast at times and can only eat after sunset and sunrise
this might be a severe change in most people for their body because
1. most people wake up at 6:30 - 7:00 they now hv to wake up at around 5:00 before sunrise and sleep a bit late because they will be energised only at night and early morning . they cannot even drink water .
2. their eating habits will change , they will have acidity and will be drowsy the whole day .
