She opens the pot and grabs a huge chunk to put on my plate her famous Italian tuna surprise.She places the plate in front of me at the table.I instantly fall in love with the aroma of the meal.I see three different types of melted cheese on top of creamy sauce made of mushrooms.Both covering a perfectly cooked chunk of pasta with asparagus on top.
