1) 2x=5x+18

3x=−18

x=−6

2) (a + b) + (b + c) + (a + c) = 29 + 45 + 44

a + b + b + c + a + c = 118

2a + 2b + 2c = 118

2(a + b + c) = 118

a + b + c = 59

3) x = -5
