Answer:

x=3,y=-5

Explanation:

Simultaneous equation

We will have to solve this using elimination method

6x+10y=-32...(1)

6x+9y=-27...(2)

We will start solving by eliminating x

Therefore substrate (2) from (1)

y=-5

So Let's substitute the value of y into (2)

6x+9(-5)=-27

6x-45=-27

Add 45 to both sides

6x=18

Make x the subject of formula by dividing both sides by 6

x=3

Therefore x=3,y=-5
