To find the perimeter of any shape you must add all the sides together.

As a basic rule the sides of a square are all equal to each other. This means that all four of the sides are 5.5

The perimeter of the square is therefore:

5.5 + 5.5 + 5.5 + 5.5 = 22

OR

5.5 * 4 = 22

The perimeter of the square is 22 cm

Hope this helped!

Answer: 22cm

Explanation:

A square has four sides with equal length So, the perimeter of a square = 4L (i.e 4 x length)

= 4 x 5.5cm

= 22cm

Thus, the perimeter of the square is 22cm
