Answer:

Both are parabolas but one is concave up,while the other is concave down as you can see fro the graphs.They also both intersect at the origin

Answer:

y = -3x²

Is a concave down with a maximum turning point at (0,0)

y = ⅓(x²)

Is a concave up with a minimum turning point at (0,0)
