Answer: Kite

Explanation:

A kite is a quadrilateral (a shape with four sides) that has none of its sides to be parallel to each other. The kite in the file attached has |PS| and |SR|, |QP| and |RQ| to be of equal lengths. But none of the sides are parallel.
