Answer:

(X-45)cm³

Explanation:

From the question, 2 different tanks exists, Tank A and Tank B,both share the same volume but they might have different dimensions.

And it also says that one section of Tank is 45 cubic feet.

We are now told to find the volume of the other section of Tank B

The solution here will be

Since Tank A and Tank B-2 different tanks in terms of its dimensions but same in volume- are alike, and we were not given much in terms of figures so as to get an easier calculations.

We can still derive the answer and work with what we have.

If one section of tank b is 45 and both tank A and B share same volume, the other section of tank B is

Volume of Tank A minus Volume of one section of Tank B

Let's assume that the volume of Tank is X,volume of the other section of Tank B will be

(X-45)cm³

Answer:

Volume of the other section of tank B = (A-45)cm³

Explanation:

Volume of tank A = Volume of tank B

One section of tank B = 45 cm³

Hence volume of the other section of tank B = (A-45)cm³
