What are some possible problems that might result from the lack of a national court system? (In other words, what problems will happen if there are no courts?)

Answer:

Lack of a national court system in the country means there would be absence of fair hearing. In the court system everyone is treated with equal rights. The court works with only the evidences provided after which a verdict on the case is reached.

It also translates to large amount of injustice meted out to the citizens. When there are no courts to examine evidences then there will be injustice in the country because anyone could be punished for crimes they didn’t commit.

Absence of court system means there will be lots of abuse of power and lawlessness. The court helps in translation and explanation of laws. When the court is absent then there will be a huge breach of law and order.
