Two planes always would intersect at a line, as shown in attached figure below.

As we know that

A plane has basically 2 dimensions.

  • length and
  • width

But as the plane is infinitely large, we can say that length and width of a plane is not supposed to be measured. (can not be measured)

Let suppose we have a pair of intersecting planes.

If If two intersecting planes are not parallel, then they would intersect each other somewhere.

BUT

Two planes always would intersect at a line, as shown in attached figure below.
