How to find the speed m/sec

Speed = distance / time.

For example, if I walk 200 meters in 100 seconds, I divide 200 by 100.

So my speed is 200/100 = 2 m/sec.

We can find the speed by using the formula.and that is:

speed=distance travelled by body/time taken

For eg: If a car covers a distance of 30m in 5 second.then the speed of car will be 6 m/s.
