(x-2)^2+(y-1)^2 = 10^2

(x-2)^2+(y-1)^2 = 100

Explanation:

distance between points is diameter

x^2= (8--4)^2+(-7-9)^2

x^2=12^2+16^2

x^2=144+256

x^2=400

diameter x=20 so radius =10

center point =midpoint (-4+8)/2 and (-7+9)/2

center point =(2,1)

(x-2)^2+(y-1)^2 = 10^2

(x-2)^2+(y-1)^2 = 100
