Answer: (x - 2)^2 + (y + 3)^2 = 18 3(2^(1/2)) (2,-3)

Explanation:

7x^2 - 28x + 7y^2 + 42y - 35 = 0

divide 7 out

x^2 - 4x + y^2 + 6y - 5 = 0

add 5 to other side

x^2 - 4x + y^2 + 6y = 5

solve by completing the square

take b values divide them by 2 square and add to both sides

-4/2 = -2

-2^2 = 4

6/2 = 3

3^2 = 9

X^2 - 4x + 4 + y^2 + 6y +9 = 4 + 9 +5

(x - 2)^2 + (y + 3)^2 = 18

(x - k)^2 + (y - h)^2 = r^2

r^2 = 18

r =
√(18) = 3
√(2) = 3(2^(1/2))

center of circle = (2,-3)
