Explanation:

take the number and move the decimal so that you have one number on the left side of the decimal. Then take that and times(*) by 10^ to however many places you moved the decimal.

C.) 4,800,000 would be 4.8*10^6

and

f) 0.0212 would be 2.12*10^-2 because the decimal was already on the left side.
