Answer:

Explanation:

Hello:

the equation is : y = ax+b

the slope is a : a =2/3 ( same slope parrallal to the line : 2/3x+1=2 )

the line that passes through (-4, 0) : 0 = (2/3)(-4)+b

b = 8/3

the equation is : y = (2/3)x+8/3
