Answer:

Explanation:

hello : write this expression

X² + y² + 6x – 2y+3 = 0 in the standard form

(x²+6x) +(y²-2y) +3 = 0

(x²+6x+9 -9) +(y²-2y+1 - 1) +3 = 0

(x²+6x+9) -9 +(y²-2y+1) - 1 +3 = 0

(x+3)²+(y-1)² = 7(the standard form)

but : 7 = (√7)²

the radius is : √7
