Heya!

I'm going to skip the decimal part with the square root since its a non-terminating decimal.

Steps to solve:

(15)/(11)x = (5√(15))^2

~Simplify

(15)/(11)x = 375

~Multiply
(11)/(15) to both sides

(15)/(11)x * (11)/(15) = 375 * (11)/(15)

~Simplify

x = 275

Best of Luck!

Hey there!

Your answer is x = 275.

First let's simplify the right side of the equation. I'm just going to put it into a calculator because it will get messy with decimals. But know that the operations inside parenthesis are done before squaring the value.

15 is square rooted (is that a word?), multiplied by 5, and after that it is squared. This is equal to 375.

Now we have the following:

(15)/(11) x = 375

Divide each side of the equation by
(15)/(11).

x = 275

The value of x is 275.

Hope this helps!
