Step-by-step explanation: if the area is 144 the perimeter is going to be 48. if the area is 121 the perimeter is 44. to find the perimeter you have to find the sides, since it is a square they will all be the same length. you have to find the square of the area since the formula for it is lw. then once you find the length of each side, you multiply it by 4 to find the perimeter. then to find the other question multiply the permimeter by 5.

side = 11 cm

total distance she ran = perimeter of square * 5

distance = 44 * 5

distance = 220 cm
