I think it's 60.5 because

the ratio in which the sweets are distributed are 7:2:2. total number of portions are 7 + 2 + 2 = 11. we are told that kruthika has 45 more sweets than mark. if we take the ratio of mark to kruthika its 7:2. kruthika has 5 portions more than mark. 5 portions are equivalent to 45 sweets. Therefore 1 portion is equal to 5.5 sweets. altogether they have 11 portions, therefore total number of sweets are 11 x 5.5 sweets = 60.5 sweets.
