Some Allied offensives saw the use of large numbers of parachute and glider troops.

Some German scientists, such as Einstein, helped the Allies defeat the Nazis.

Explanation:

The World War II was the worst thing that has happened to humanity. Countries from all around the world were involved in it with millions of people suffering from it. Countries got destroyed, economies crumbled, and lot of rebuilding needed to be done afterwards.

When it comes to the Pacific, the sea battles were mainly fought between aircraft carriers, whose military plains were attacking the enemy's aircraft carriers. The dominant warfare in the Pacific though was the island by island fighting between the soldiers.

The Allies started to use new tactic during the World War II when it came to gaining ground fast and unnoticed. That was done through the usage of parachutes and gliders, and this was used mostly in the Pacific and in Europe.

Ironically, some German scientists actually helped the Allies to destroy Germany. Einstein had the biggest influence there. He managed to create the production of atomic power, which in turn was used for the creation of the atomic bomb which was used for for destroying and intimidating the countries of the Axis.
