equation could be used to find Jenny’s age, j, if she is younger than Susan is C)
J^2+2J = 575 .

Explanation:

Here we have , Susan and Jenny have ages that are consecutive odd integers. The product of their ages is 575. We need to find Which equation could be used to find Jenny’s age, j, if she is younger than Susan .Let's find out :

We know that any two consecutive integers differ from each other by two ,let one number x so other number is x+2 .

x = age of Susan

x+2 = age of jenny

It's given that product of their ages is 575 i.e.

x(x+2) = 575

x^2+2x = 575

Let x= j , So

J^2+2J = 575

Therefore, equation could be used to find Jenny’s age, j, if she is younger than Susan is C)
J^2+2J = 575 .
