Answer:

The probability that at least one has an accident during the coming year is 0.1336

Explanation:

The probability that a randomly selected car will be in an accident in the next year in a particular country is 0.0467

P(Accident)=0.0467

P(No accident)=1-P(Accident)=1-0.0467=0.9533

Now we are supposed to find four cars are randomly selected, find the probability that at least one has an accident during the coming year

So, P( Out of 4 at least 1 has accident )=1-P( none of the 4 cars has accident)

P(Out of 4 at least 1 has accident )=1-(0.9533)(0.9533)(0.9533)

P(Out of 4 at least 1 has accident )=0.1336

Hence the probability that at least one has an accident during the coming year is 0.1336
